Refund policy

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and this is enshrined in EU Law for all of our EU customers. You are not obliged to state a reason.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened. (i.e. Shrink wrap/packaging intact etc.) and in the same condition that they were delivered in.
• SBG Editions SAS does not cover shipping and packing costs on returns - you as the customer must do so.
• We recommend that you insure and track your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that SBG Editions SAS does not receive.
